Thank you for shopping with Gigi Chic. We want you to love your merchandise but understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Please review the following policies, instructions, and exclusions to assist with your return. As a small online boutique, we are unable to offer return policies consistent with large online retailers.

Overview

Gigi Chic accepts returns on select merchandise for store credit only. (All sales are final on sale/clearance items.) Return requests must be initiated within 10 days of delivery via a message through our Contact page (please reference “Return Request: Order #” in the Subject line). Once approved, merchandise must be mailed within 5 days. (Tracking information must be emailed to Gigi Chic in the same email thread in which the Return Request was approved.) Late returns will not be accepted.

To be eligible for return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them. They must also be in the original packaging, new with tags. Return requests submitted after the 10 day window are ineligible for return.

Items ineligible for return:

  • Hair products
  • Undergarments/swimwear
  • Limited edition runs, such as seasonal items
  • Personalized merchandise

Situations in which a partial credit – if any – will be granted:

  • Items returned but not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts; and/or
  • When return shipping is initiated after the 5 day allotted window.

Store Credit

Once a return request is approved, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for and initiate return shipping to Gigi Chic with tracking information. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund credit once the item is received by Gigi Chic. (Please retain tracking information for all shipments and email return tracking information to Gigi Chic in the same email thread in which the Return Request was approved.)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned merchandise. We will also notify you about the details of your store credit.

Exchanges

There are two ways to pursue exchanges at Gigi Chic. (All sales are final on sale/clearance items and, therefore, are ineligible for exchange.) Exchange requests must be initiated within 10 days of delivery via a message through our Contact page (please reference “Exchange Request: Order #” in the Subject line). Once approved, merchandise must be mailed within 5 days. (Tracking information must be emailed to Gigi Chic in the same email thread in which the Exchange Request was approved.) Late returns will not be accepted.

You may then proceed in one of two ways:

  • You may either await a store credit – in which case a 10% restocking fee will be assessed – before repurchasing the correct item you desire; or
  • In the case of low stock, for example, you may prefer to immediately purchase the correct item, in which case a full refund will be credited to your original method of payment once the returned merchandise is received and passes inspection by Gigi Chic.

In either scenario, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned merchandise. We will also notify you about the details of your store credit or refund to original payment method.

Damages

Damages and incorrect shipments must be reported within 3 days of delivery or will not be eligible for refund to the original form of payment (please reference “Damage: Order #” or “Incorrect Shipment: Order #” in the Subject line). A store credit will be issued for any damage return requests initiated 4-10 days after delivery. No returns of any kind will be accepted 11+ days after delivery.

Sale/Clearance Items

All sales are final on sale/clearance merchandise.

Lost or Missing Funds

In the event a refund is issued to your original method of payment, please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to post to your account.
